creation and fundamental research of physical and chemical properties of multifunctional hybrid nanocomposites, redox active nanocrystals, nanostructured materials based on inorganic nanocrystals of simple and complex oxides of rare earth elements and transition metals, including scintillation nanocrystals, etc. for technical and medical-biological applications.
